As stated in Resolution 96-230, the transfer of jurisdiction will occur the first day of the second month after the County is in receipt of an adopted resolution from the City of St. Anthony concurring with the County revoking the "County Road" status of Silver Lane. It is our understanding that the St. Anthony City Council will consider the transfer of jurisdiction at its June 25, 1996 Council meeting. This jurisdictional transfer would become effective August 1, 1996 if approved by the City of St. Anthony. The transfer of jurisdiction is also contingent upon Ramsey County completing a recycle and overlay of Silver Lane. The recycle and overlay project is scheduled to begin on July 10, 1996, with an anticipated completion date of August 5, 1996. This jurisdictional transfer will bring us one step closer to implementing the functional consolidation plan.
