Resolution <br /> Board of <br /> Yamsey County Commissioners- • <br /> Presented By Commissioner Wedell Date May 28 , 1996 No. 9.6-230 <br /> Attention: <br /> Budgeting and Accounting <br /> Paul Kirkwold, Director, Public Works Page 2 of 2 <br /> WHEREAS , The City of St. Anthony desires Ramsey County to <br /> recycle and overlay Silver Lane from Stinson Boulevard to Silver <br /> Lake Road for an estimated cost of $60, 000 from Capital Improvement <br /> Funds for Ramsey County Roadway Consolidation; Now, Therefore, Be <br /> It <br /> RESOLVED, The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners hereby <br /> revokes the "County Road" status of Silver Lane between Stinson <br /> Boulevard and Silver Lake Road and transfers .jurisdiction over the <br /> roadway to the City of St. Anthony, effective the first day of the <br /> first month following the completion of the recycle and overlay of <br /> Silver Lane , and after the Ramsey County Office of Budgeting and <br /> Accounting has encumbered the funds necessary to fund the recycle • <br /> and overlay project, and after the County is in receipt of an <br /> adopted resolution from the City of St. -Anthony concurring with the <br /> County revoking the "County Road" status- of Silver Lane from <br /> Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake, Road; and Be It Further <br /> RESOLVED, The Ramsey County Engineer is authorized within the <br /> limits of this resolution to take actions necessary to have the <br /> identified jurisdiction change executed. <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS_ <br /> YEA NAY OTHER <br /> John Finley X <br /> Sue Haigh X Hal Norgard, Chairman • <br /> Hal Norgard X <br /> Rich O'Connor X <br /> Rafael Ortega X By <br /> Brenda Thomas X Bonnie C.
