Resolution 96-043 <br /> Page 2 • <br /> the completion of the recycle and overlay of Silver Lane, and after the Ramsey County <br /> Office'of Budgeting and Accounting has encumbered the funds necessary to fund the <br /> recycle and overlay project, and after the County is in receipt of an adopted resolution <br /> from the City of St. Anthony concurring with the County revoking the "County Road" <br /> status of Silver Lane from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County will recycle and overlay Silver Lane from <br /> Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road for an estimated cost of$60,000 from Capital <br /> Improvement funds for Ramsey County Roadway Consolidation as just compensation for <br /> this jurisdiction transfer; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City of St. Anthony is authorized within the limits of <br /> this resolution to take actions necessary to have the identified jurisdiction changes <br /> executed. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1996. <br /> • <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
