• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 98-004 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15, 1998 <br /> AS CUT-OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS <br /> FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has considered its <br /> construction program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to establish a time limit on the <br /> requests for public improvements so as to insure adequate time to <br /> comply with the improvement procedures as established in the <br /> Minnesota State Statutes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> St. Anthony hereby establishes March 15th as the final day for accepting <br /> petitions -for public improvements to be included in the 1998 construction <br /> program. <br /> • Adopted this day of - 1998. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration:. <br /> City Manager <br />
