• <br /> Review of Cable Revenue & Expenditures: <br /> 1997 Cable Revenue $32,955 (Actual) <br /> 1997 Cable Budget $18,550 (Budget) <br /> Anticipated 1997 Reserves $149405 <br /> iIn the past, the excess reserves have been put into the New City <br /> Hall Fund under Cable Reserves. <br /> The funds were used to hire Bill Bruce/AV Design and purchase <br /> the sound system in the Council Chambers. <br /> The present balance in Cable Reserves is $41,787. The $14,405 <br /> is not included in that number. <br /> The excess revenue versus what we actually spend could support <br /> the hiring of a part-time position. <br />
