ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 98-003 <br /> A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING LEGAL NEWSPAPER <br /> FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1997 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, <br /> that the Lillie Suburban Newspapers, a legal newspaper of general circulation in <br /> the City, be hereby designated as the official newspaper of the City for 1998 in <br /> which shall be published such measures and matters as are by-laws of this State <br /> and City Code required to be published; and such other matters as the Council <br /> may deem advisable and in the public interest to have published. <br /> • Adopted this day of 1998. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
