• SCHEDULE B <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> I. SITEWORK <br /> • Per site plan submitted Alan Chazin Homes will redevelop former Clark <br /> Station site and build four (4)townhome units on the site. A curb cut on Stinson will be <br /> provided as access and on-site parking for four (4) additional cars is provided. <br /> II. EXTERIOR <br /> • The townhomes will be "maintenance" free exteriors with a combination <br /> of rockface block,brick, vinyl, aluminum soffit and fascia used on the buildings. See <br /> elevations for details. <br /> III. STRUCTURE <br /> • The structure is wood frame construction placed on concrete footings and <br /> block crawl space. All framing members are wood. A combination of T.J.1's, floor <br /> trusses and roof trusses with fire-walls make up the basic structure. Asphalt.shingles <br /> will be used on the roof. See plans for structural details. <br /> IV. INTERIORS <br /> • All units have a 2 car garage tucked under. A mechanical room with <br /> furnace and water heater is provided. Additional storage is provided in crawl space.. In <br /> addition, a central foyer,living room,family room,kitchen, two bedrooms, 1-1/2 baths, <br /> and office are provided per plan. <br /> V. UTILITIES -All units will be separately metered for the following: <br /> a. Electric <br /> b. Water/Sewer (separate lines to exact unit) <br /> C. Natural Gas <br /> d. Phone/Cable <br /> e. A House meter (electric) will be provided for site lighting(common <br /> exterior) <br /> f. Outside lawn irrigation will be metered separately as well <br />
