CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 98-025 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 13`h day of January, 1998, <br /> fixed a date for Council hearing on the proposed improvements: <br /> 1998 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of water main and storm <br /> sewer on the following streets: <br /> 1. Edward Street, between 34`h Avenue NE and 35`h Avenue NE <br /> 2. Harding Street, between 34th Avenue NE and Wh Avenue NE <br /> 3. Roosevelt Street, between 34`h Avenue NE and 35`h Avenue NE <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice in advance of said <br /> hearing was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 10th day of <br /> February, 1998, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given <br /> an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony approves such improvements as are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council <br /> Resolution adopted the 10th day of February, 1998. <br /> Adopted this day of <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
