After receiving soil boring logs and reviewing the project with City staff, the <br /> decision was made to eliminate proposed drain tile in 34th Avenue and <br /> Roosevelt Street. Plans were revised accordingly. <br /> 4. Existing topographic conditions along Harding Street between 34th and 35th <br /> Avenues indicated the need for a modified typical street section in this block. <br /> Plans were revised to accommodate the modified section. <br /> years <br /> of <br /> helping 5. A portion of public right-of-way along Harding Street is being vacated in <br /> build conjunction with the project. RCM has provided the City Attorney with <br /> communities it- <br /> information and documentation necessary to proceed with the vacation. <br /> rf <br /> 6. A number of residents within the project limits have trees or landscaping <br /> which will interfere with construction of water services.
