APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 10, 1998 HRA AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Cavanaugh to approve the February 10, 1998 HRA Agenda <br /> 13 as presented. <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 IV. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 13, 1998 HRA MINUTES. <br /> 1.6 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the January 13, 1998 HRA minutes as <br /> 17 presented. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 20 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the following claims: <br /> 21 A. Repayments of Tax Settlement: <br /> 22 1. Hennepin County Treasurer in the amount of$23.82 for the negative <br /> 23 balance in the December 1997 settlement. <br /> 24 B. City Hall/Community Center: <br /> 25 1. Will Associates, Inc. in the amount of$6,000.00 for <br /> 26 architectural services rendered October 27, 1996 through December 28, <br /> 27 1997. <br /> 28. C. Payments to Developers: <br /> 29 1. Central Investment Corporation in the amount of$12,500.00 for <br /> 30 Nedegaard Construction Company, Lot 8,Block 1,The Village <br /> 31 Commons. <br /> 32 D. Agent Fees for City Hall/Community Center: <br /> 33 1. Sningsted Incorporated in the amount of$200.00 for continuing disclosure <br /> 34 reporting services$1,770,000 General Obligation Tax Increment Bonds, <br /> 35 Series 1996A. <br /> 36 E. Legal: <br /> 1. Dorsey& Whitney in the amount of$266.00 for legal services rendered <br /> through December 31, 1997. <br /> 39 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
