CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 98-054 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID.FOR REPLACEMENT OF <br /> EXISTING UNDERGROUND FUEL TANKS <br /> WHEREAS, the Federal Environmental Protection Agency requires that all fuel tanks <br /> installed prior to December, 1998, that do not meet the standards must be <br /> removed; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are existing fuel tanks near the Public Works building which need to be <br /> removed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the advertisement for bids for said project was published and bids were <br /> received, reviewed and tabulated. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, <br /> in the best interests of the City, hereby awards the bid for the replacement of underground fuel <br /> tanks located near the Public Works building to Ceres, for a cost of$71,470.00. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1998. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: _ <br /> City Manager <br />
