Grantee shall provide, free of charge, Installation of one(1) subscriber network Drop, one (1) cable outlet, one (1) Converter, if necessary, and monthly Basic Cable Service without charge to the institutions identified on Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof, and such other public or educational institutions subsequently designated by City which is located five hundred (500) feet or less from the existing Subscriber network. Any such institution located more than five hundred (500) feet shall be connected if such institution agrees to reimburse Grantee for Grantee's actual costs in excess of the five hundred (500) foot installation actual costs.
