Based on our <br /> evaluation of this property, it is anticipated that the following benefits may be received by purchasing <br /> this property now: <br /> 1. No need to acquire ponding easements over the rear portion of the property. <br /> 2. Utilize property to construct overflow swale. <br /> 3. Utilize this parcel as the construction and maintenance access to the storm water holding <br /> area. <br /> 4.
