AMENDED RESOLUTION <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 99-073 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT <br /> RELATING TO THE COPS OVERTIME/REPLACEMENT <br /> GRANT PROJECT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that the St. Anthony Police <br /> Department is hereby authorized to enter into a cooperative agreement with the Office of Drug <br /> Policy and Violence Prevention in the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for the project <br /> entitled Cops Overtime/Replacement Grant during the period from January 3, 2000 to the end <br /> of ISD #282 school year. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> authorizes Police Chief Richard Engstrom to execute such agreements and amendments as are <br /> necessary to implement the project on behalf of the St. Anthony Police Department. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1999. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> CERTIFICATION <br /> I hereby certify that the above resolution is a true and accurate copy of the City of St. Anthony <br /> records. <br /> City Clerk <br />
