A typical section and plan view showing the locations of decorative lighting,plantings, and the sidewalk along 291h • Avenue are enclosed. The anticipated costs for constructing these additional improvements to 29`'Avenue are as follows: Item Qty Unit Unit Price Estimated Cost 1. Plantings 44 trees $350.00 $15,400.00 Total Cost $210,700.00 The-costs shown above include the installation of electrical conduit wiring and control structures for the installation of decorative lighting from Stinson Boulevard to County Road 88. Both the decorative lighting costs and the costs for additional trees along the 291 Avenue corridor vary greatly upon which type of fixtures or which type of tree species are chosen for installation. In addition, for lighting there is usually an annual maintenance agreement which can be entered into which would cover the ongoing maintenance costs associated with the installation of decorative lighting.
