The benefit of this change to the <br /> ordinance would provide the City with both more flexibility and more control. <br /> The'Planning Commission reviewed and recommended approval-of the'amendment at their - - <br /> May 16 meeting. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> I recommend Council to waive the first two readings and approve Ordinance 2000-007. <br />
