Twin Cities to
Transport & Recovery, Inc.
• October 13, 2000
City of St. Anthony
C/O Mike Morenson
City Administrator
Dear Mike;
As we discussed at the city council meeting, I would like to put into writing for
you some of the improvements we have made at 3201 Stinson Blvd.
As you are aware Twin Cities Transport & Recovery purchased the Sroga's
RoadOne company effective September 1, 2000. Since that time we have made
improvements to the sight as well as to the policies the employees are to follow.
1. We have added a new electric gate at the entrance into the lot. This gate
allows us to keep the gate closed so the neighbors don't have to look into the
lot.
2. We have moved some of the big trucks out of that lot and moved them to our
main terminal in St. Paul.
3. Office hours are 6:OOam to 6:O0pm Monday-Friday. Weekends are only
• open for two hours for releasing cars. These hours of course are subject to the
weather and season.
4. We are not doing any heavy mechanical work to the trucks. This is all done at
our main terminal.
As we have previously stated, Twin Cities Transport &Recovery has taken a pro-active
position with regard to the community. I'm sure that the neighborhood has noticed a
definite improvement. We will make every effort to continue this progress, but we do
have to be able to run the business.
I'm sure that you are aware the Mr. Sroga still owns the property and we sub-lease from
him. Any improvements,to the building will have to be discussed with him.
Twin Cities Transport &Recovery is looking forward to maintaining a business
relationship with the City of St. Anthony.
Sincerely,
Renee Gardas
Sec/Treas
Twin Cities Transport&Recovery
P.O.
