52 <br /> • - (c) Any licensee providing towing services to any motor vehicle involved in <br /> an accident must remove or cause to be removed any glass or other <br /> injurious substance dropped upon the street or highway from the vehicle <br /> towed. <br /> .530.12 Insurance. Each applicant fora license under this Section must file with the <br /> Clerk a public liability policy or certificate or insurance from a company authorized to <br /> do business in Minnesota insuring the applicant against any and all liability incurred in <br /> the use or operation of the vehicle licensed under this Section. The policy of insurance <br /> must be in the amounts of not less than$100,000 for injury or death to one person, <br /> $300,000 for each occurrence and$25,000 property damage. <br /> Section 535-GAMBLING <br /> 535.01 Definitions. The definitions contained within Minn. Stat. §§349.12 and 609.75 are <br /> hereby adopted by reference for and as the City's definitions of such words and phrases <br /> as used in this Section 535. <br /> 535.02 Gambling Limited. No form or type of gambling,whether lawful or otherwise, <br /> shall be conducted or allowed within the City except for: (1) lawful gambling conducted <br /> in accordance and compliance with Minn. Stat. §349.166, and (2) lawful gambling <br /> • conducted by-a properly licensed organization in accordance with State law in <br /> municipal liquor dispensaries for the on-sale of intoxicating liquor. <br /> Section 540-SECURITY ALARMS <br /> 540.01 Purpose and Scope. This Section is intended to protect the public safety and to <br /> avoid misuse and careless or negligent operation of certain security alarms. <br /> 540.02 Definitions. For purposes of this Section,the following terms have the meanings <br /> set forth in this Section: <br /> Subd. 1. Alarm. A mechanical,electrical or electronic device designed to detect <br /> unauthorized entry,but excluding such a device affixed to a motor vehicle. <br /> Subd. 2. Alarm Business. Any person engaged in selling,leasing,maintaining, <br /> servicing,repairing,altering,replacing,moving,installing or monitoring any i <br /> alarm for another person for compensation. <br /> 5-18 <br />
