EXHIBIT A <br /> ® CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION <br /> WHEREAS, the Property described on Exhibit 1 attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof(the "Property") is subject to the provisions of a certain Redevelopment Agreement (the <br /> "Agreement") dated _, 2001 by and between Meridian St. Anthony, L.L.C. <br /> ("Redeveloper") and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. Anthony, Minnesota (the <br /> "HRA"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Redeveloper has fully and duly performed all of the covenants and <br /> conditions of Redeveloper under the Agreement with respect to the completion of the Project (as <br /> defined in the Agreement); <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby certified that all requirements of Redeveloper under <br /> the Agreement with respect to the completion of the Project have been completed and duly and fully <br /> performed, and this instrument is to be conclusive evidence of the satisfactory termination of the <br /> covenants and conditions of the Agreement as they relate to the completion of the Project.
