ROLL CALL. <br /> 10 Councilmembers present: Mayor Cavanaugh; Councilmembers Sparks, Thuesen, Horst and <br /> 11 Hodson <br /> 12 Councilmembers absent: None. <br /> 13 Also present: City Manager Michael Mornson <br /> 14 IV. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 11, 2000 TRUTH IN TAXATION PUBLIC HEARING <br /> 15 MINUTES. <br /> 16 Motion by Hodson to approve the December 11, 2000 Truth in Taxation Public Hearing Minutes. <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> • <br /> 18 V. RESOLUTION 00-098, RE: ADOPTION OF 2001 TAX LEVY AND 2001 CITY <br /> 19 BUDGET. <br /> 20 Motion by Sparks to adopt Resolution 00-098, a Resolution Certifying the City of St. Anthony <br /> 21 2001 Tax Levy and Budget in Compliance with the Truth in Taxation Act, wherein it was <br /> 22 resolved that: <br /> 23 1) The 2001 Property tax levy is: <br /> 24 Property Tax Levy $2,112,768 <br /> 25 Less: H.A.C.A. ( 349,293) <br /> 26 Total General Fund Levy: $1,763,475 <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Levy $ 20,000 <br /> 29 Less: H.A.C.A. 4,597) <br /> 30 Total Housing and Redevelopment Authority Levy $ 15,403 <br /> 31 Special Assessment/Road Improvements $ 272,189 <br /> 32 Total 2001 Tax Levy $2,051,067 <br /> • 33 2) The 2001 Total Operating Budget totals $7,138,175 <br />
