ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 01- 0. 20 <br /> A RESOLUTION TO REZONE LOT 3, BLOCK 1, APACHE TERRACE,2ND ADDITION <br /> FROM INDUSTRIAL TO COMMERCIAL <br /> WHEREAS, TOLD Development Company(the petitioner), representing Walgreens, plans to <br /> construct a 14,490 square foot building at the corner of Silver Lake Road and 37th <br /> Avenue Northeast; <br /> WHEREAS, the petitioner is requesting that Lot 3,Block 1,Apache Terrace, 2nd Addition be <br /> combined with Lot 2, Block 2,Apache Terrace(Amoco site); <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission on December 19, 2000; <br /> WHEREAS, the petitioner's intent to purchase both properties is contingent upon necessary city <br /> approvals; <br /> WHEREAS, the rezoning will not be detrimental to the City; <br /> WHEREAS, the rezoned area will provide a service to residents in the northern portion of St. Anthony, <br /> WHEREAS, the area is consistent with the general development anticipated in the Comprehensive <br /> Plan. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in agreement with the findings of the Planning <br /> Commission at their December 19, 2000, meeting, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> approves the rezoning of the property located at Lot 3, Block 1, Apache Terrace Addition, from an <br /> Industrial to a Commercial zoning district. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2001. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
