ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION—01 - 025 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2001 PAY EQUITY IMPLEMENTATION REPORT <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 471.9981 requires each political subdivision to submit to the <br /> Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Employee Relations(DOER)a pay <br /> equity implementation report by January 31, 2001,that includes certain information as of <br /> December 31, 2000; <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has completed the pay equity implementation form as provided <br /> by DOER based on information as of December 31,2000; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that the pay <br /> implementation report is hereby approved. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the report authorizing <br /> approval of it by the City Council. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2001. <br /> • <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> City Clerk <br />' Reviewed.by Administration; <br /> City Manager . <br /> • <br />
