The Wenker's are concerned about the construction traffic that <br /> will enter the pond site across the city owned lot next to them. They asked me if it would <br /> be possible for the traffic to use a route more westerly across this lot instead of down the <br /> middle. The Wenker's and their attorney stated that they will be obtaining an appraisal <br /> and that it probably will not be completed until mid February. I informed them that the <br /> condemnation petition will likely be filed in the beginning of February. Their attorney <br /> stated that he understands and that they will contact_ me when. their appraisal is <br /> completed.
