As agreed,we will compromise a settlement on the claimants listed above,on a 50150 basis. We will have the losses adjusted and will incur that fee ourselves. Please provide to us current phone numbers for those listed above. This will also confirm that the fees the city paid for the clean up with service master or others will not be shared. The city has agreed to incur those costs. Furthermore,the flooding that occurred in the Pahl area was not the fault of Barbarossa and we have agreed that the city will be handling those claims. Those would involve: Paul Archambaul;Bonita Froemming,Mark Sitarez and any others that have not come forward. I also need to confirm that the Phalen residence never filed a claim and is not planning on filing a claim. On the Colstad residence for the date of loss of 8-18.20001 need to know where the damage amount of $3296.52 came from. We had previously paid for the clean up. Finally if any other claimants come forward we will have the right to investigate them before agreeing to any compromise on them_ This agreement applies only to the claimants listed above.
