DRAINAGE-AND POND-ING EASEMENT THIS INSTRUMENT is made and entered into as o.f »R 14 VITA 2001,by and between Bruce A. Troupe and Tamara K. Troupe, Grantor, Ad the CITY OF ST. ANTHONY, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, Grantee.
