It is the intent of the Council to develop an overall strategy for this <br /> area with significant involvement of the public. <br /> ❖ There is an immediate need to address the future of the Stonehouse property and the recently purchased <br /> • Custom Liquidators. Issues to be resolved include the future of the Stonehouse on-sale operations, <br /> financial feasability of relocation of Liquor Store#I and potential redevelopment(including financial <br /> analysis)of the Stonehouse area property. <br /> Scope of Services <br /> As financial advisor, Ehlers would provide the following services related to the Stonehouse area analysis: <br /> 1. Coordinate a feasability analysis of continued operation of the Stonehouse on-sale operation. <br /> 2. Assess relocation cost and feasability for Liquor Store#1. <br /> 3. Prepare redevelopment options for Stonehouse area including Custom Liquidators property. <br /> 4. Assess relocation options and costs for the Fire Station. <br /> Ehlers&Associates also proposes to assist with the redevelopment of the Stonehouse area property by providing <br /> development management and financial advisor services including: <br /> 5. Market redevelopment plans to developers. <br /> 6. Coordinate strategies to identify, qualify and evaluate development proposals. <br /> 7. Assess project and market feasability. <br /> 8. Coordinate land assembly. <br /> 9. Assist with coordination of project communications with the general public,neighbors and impacted <br /> businesses and property owners. <br /> • 10.
