Campus/Residential Concept, and Refined Development Concept. <br /> 6 <br /> 7 The Corporate Campus is comprised of the following: <br /> 8 -500,000 square feet (built in two phases of 250,000 square feet each) <br /> 9 -2,000 parking spaces (5 level parking ramp, parking under buildings on the <br /> 10 surface) <br /> 11 The Residential Development is comprised of the following: <br /> 12 -150 units—Townhouses (30 foot wide units, two story) <br /> 13 -100 units—Senior High Rise <br /> 14 -156 units—3-4 story multiple dwellings <br /> 15 -Total: 406 units <br /> 16 <br /> 17 The Refined Development Concept consists of the following: <br /> 18 -12 units—Villas (60 foot wide lots) <br /> 19 -68 units—Townhouses (30 foot wide units, two story) <br /> 20 -100 units—Senior High Rise <br /> 21 -330 units—4 story multiple dwellings . <br /> 22 =340 units. 3 story multiple dwellings <br /> 23 -Total: 850 units <br /> 24 75,000 square feet of mixed commercial <br /> 25 100,000 square feet of office <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Mr. Basil stated that the two alternatives that he presented are, in a general sense, the type <br /> 28 of thing that they are going to end up with if they proceed with the redevelopment of the <br /> 29 mall. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Mr. Basil indicated that a lot of what had been presented was driven by was what the <br /> 32 community has requested, as well as external factors, what the market has to offer, and <br /> 33 what is feasible. <br /> 34 . <br /> 35 Commissioner Hanson asked if they had an idea how much quicker the total bill-out <br /> 36 could be if they had a Corporate Campus versus if it was all housing. Mr. Basil indicated <br /> 37 that the housing option could happen relatively quickly because of the variation in the <br /> 38 types housing. He added that the Corporate Campus would happen in one of two chunks <br /> 39 at a time. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Jim Prosser, of Ehlers and Associates, stated that he was there to discuss how the concept <br /> 42 and framework would get them to the end of the Redevelopment of the Northwest <br /> 43 Quadrant. <br /> 44 <br />
