ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 02 - 031 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br /> FOR POLICE SERVICES WITH THE CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br /> AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER <br /> TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and the City of Falcon Heights desire to enter into a joint <br /> powers agreement whereby the City of St. Anthony agrees to provide police <br /> services for the City of Falcon Heights during 2003 and 2004. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Falcon Heights and authorizes the <br /> Mayor and City Manager to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2002. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> I <br />
