ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 03-010 <br /> A RESOLUTION REGARDING PROPOSAL FOR <br /> ARCHECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR OERTEL <br /> ARCHITECTS LTD AND REGARDING THE PREPARATION OF <br /> CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, THE USE OF MULTIPLE PACKAGES. <br /> AND THE PHASED ISSUANCE OF BID PACKAGES TO EXPEDITE <br /> THE WORK AT BOTH SITES. <br /> The City of St. Anthony is requested to approve the firm of Oertel Architects Ltd to <br /> provide full architectural/engineering services for the proposed new fire station at the <br /> Christen site and new and renovated public work building at the existing public work site. <br /> The City Council of St. Anthony is requested to approve and authorize Krause-Anderson, <br /> Construction Manager, and Oertel Architects, the proposed architect engineer, to prepare <br /> bid documents for the public works and fire station project, using multiple bid packages <br /> and staged construction in order to facilitate and expedite construction activities. <br /> Adopted this day of , 2003. <br /> Chair <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> Executive Director <br />
