Section 1635.03 of the City's Zoning Code is amended to add the <br /> following u-se as a permitted conditional,use within a ger.teral commercial district (C District): <br /> (y) Adult Day Care Centers, Iicensed under Mimiesota Statutes, Chapter 245A and <br /> Minnesota Rules, Sections 9555.9600 to 9555.9730. <br /> SECTION 2.
