ANTHONY BOULEVARD <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has received from the residents a request to install street <br /> lighting improvements to St. Anthony Boulevard; <br /> WHEREAS, the residents have agreed to pay 50% of the cost of improvements through an <br /> assessment to their utility bills, plus interest, for a period of 10 years; <br /> WHEREAS, the City agrees to pay for the remainder of the costs from road improvement <br /> funds. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> ST.
