ANTHONY 01 <br /> 2 <br /> 3 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> 4 <br /> 5 APRIL 13, 2004 <br /> 6 <br /> 7 CALL TO ORDER <br /> 8 Mayor Hodson called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 11 Mayor Hodson invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 ROLL CALL. <br /> 14 Present: Mayor Hodson; Councilmembers Horst, Stille, Thuesen, and Faust. <br /> 15 Absent: None. <br /> 16 Also Present: City Manager Mike.Mornson. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 CONSIDERATION,DISCUSSION,AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br /> 19 ITEMS. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 I. APPROVAL OF APRIL 13, 2004, CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 22 Motion by Councilmember Horst, seconded by Councilmember Thuesen, to approve the City <br /> 23 Council Meeting Agenda of April 13, 2004. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Friendly amendment by Councilmember Faust to add item 6B, Sister City Stone Sculpture <br /> 26 Symposium, and item 6C, Central Park Dedication. Councilmember Horst and Councilmember <br /> 27 Thuesen accepted the friendly amendment. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 - Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br /> 32 None. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 III. CONSENT AGENDA. <br /> 35 A. Approve March 23, 2004, regular Council meeting minutes. <br /> 36 B. Consider licenses and permits. <br /> 37 C. Consider payment of claims. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Motion by Councilmember Thuesen, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve the Consent <br /> 40 Agenda. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 IV. REPORTS. <br /> 45 A. Ramsey County Commissioner Jan Wiessner will present Ramsey County matters. <br /> 46 Ramsey County Commissioner Wiessner stated she had attended the Bulldozer Bash and <br /> 47 complimented Council on"a great event." She added people had many fond memories of <br /> 48 Apache Plaza and it was "kind of sad"to see It being demolished. <br /> 49 <br />
