Because of <br /> the time spent putting Phase I project together, the developer is <br /> asking for an amendment to the developer agreement to give them <br /> until December 31, 2004. Both the Council and H.R.A. need to <br /> approve. <br /> Stacie Kvilvang from Ehlers, will be present to explain this extension. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> H:R.A.
