ANTHONY <br /> 2 <br /> 3 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> 4 <br /> 5 APRIL 27, 2004 <br /> 6 <br /> 7 CALL TO ORDER. <br /> 8 Mayor Pro Tem Thuesen called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 11 Mayor Pro Tem Thuesen invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 ROLL CALL. <br /> 14 Present: Mayor Pro Tem Thuesen; Councilmembers Horst, Stille, and Faust. <br /> 15 Absent: Mayor Hodson. <br /> 16 Also Present: City Manager Mike Morrison and City Attorney Jerry Gilligan. <br /> 17 <br /> 18 CONSIDERATION,DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br /> 19 ITEMS. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 I. APPROVAL OF APRIL 27,2004, CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 22 Motion by Councilmember Horst, seconded by Councilmember Faust, to approve the City <br /> 23 Council Meeting Agenda of April 27, 2004. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br /> 28 A. Presentation of plaque to City Clerk. <br /> 29 Mayor Pro Tem Thuesen asked City Clerk Connie Kroeplin to come forward. He presented her <br /> 30 with a plaque that recognized her 24 years of service with the City and added 16 of those years <br /> 31 Ms. Kroeplin was in the position of City Clerk. He congratulated Ms. Kroeplin and stated he <br /> 32 admired the work she had done for the City. The Council wished her well. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Mayor Pro Tem Thuesen indicated the City has excellent employees who give a lot to the <br /> 35 community. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 III. CONSENT AGENDA. <br /> 38 A. Approve April 13, 2004, regular Council meeting minutes. <br /> 39 B. Consider licenses and permits. <br /> 40 C. Consider payment of claims. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Faust, to approve the Consent <br /> 43 Agenda. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 46 <br />
