1 <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> DATE: July 14, 2000 Meeting Date:July 25 Work Session <br /> TO: Mayor and Councilmembers <br /> FROM: Michael Mornson, City Managerh <br /> ITEM: EHLERS PRESENTATION - STAFF REPORT <br /> The company of Ehlers and Associates would like to give a brief, 20 - 30 minute,..presentation <br /> on possible services their company could provide the City of St. Anthony in the future. They <br /> provide services to municipalities in such areas as bonding, TIF development, planning, etc. <br /> Some of the services are currently provided to the City by Springsted and/or Dorsey & <br /> Whitney. <br /> They approached me in 1999 about assisting the City in the Salvation Army redevelopment and <br /> the Lowry Grove redevelopment. I've worked with this company in my previous employment <br /> as a Manager for government operations in Big Lake and Carver County. This presentation is <br /> to only introduce the company to the Council at this time. <br />
