One of the key provisions's of this bill from the standpoint of local government, is the provision which would retain the liability limits for cities and other political subdivision. Unfortunately, on a close vote in the Senate Judiciary Corrnmittee, the limits on political subdivison liability v�ere removed. It is very i:-n.rortant that these limits be reinstated and we would urge you to contact your senator (s) and discuss this matter as soon as possible.
