This would involve higher fees f.or commercial uses when <br /> 34 square footage is considered., with residential . and finally parks to <br /> 35 pay lower fees . <br /> 36 The .Manager told Councilmember Makowske it made sense to charge <br /> 37 charitable organizations and churches along with everybody else <br /> 38 because "we all contribute to the runoff .
