ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> SIGN VARIANCE <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing by the <br /> Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony on Tuesday, <br /> November 17 , 1987 , at 7 : 35 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the <br /> City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner) for the <br /> following purpose: <br /> Request from Mickey D' s Restaurant, 2905 Kenzie Terrace <br /> ( formerly Mr. Hobo ' s Restaurant) for a variance from the <br /> provisions of the sign ordinance to allow the following <br /> signage: <br /> 1 . One 4 ' X 8 ' reader board on the side of the <br /> building ( 32 square feet) ; <br /> 2 . One wall sign 4 ' X 50 ' in size on the south wall; <br /> and <br /> 3 . One roof sign re-lettered on the east side only of <br /> the existing "Mr. Hobo" roof sign ( 27 square <br /> feet) . <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter <br /> will be heard at said time and place.
