S .D. 282 lots at 33rd hvenue N.E . and Silver Lake <br /> �J Road. He did not anticipate an immediate sale , however, because inabily <br /> J to locate some pertinent documents was delaying the clearance of title - <br /> and suggested the Board might invite Mike Sullivan, Finance Director of <br /> District °282, to tell there how the bids for the property are being <br /> handled and whether such bids may be accepted on contingencies that the <br /> zoning of the property from R-1 , single family dwelling might be modified <br /> by the City to allow multiple or two family dwellings . <br /> Board members noted they had not been notified of their reappointment to <br /> the Board for the coming year but, assuming this to be just an oversight, <br /> took the following actions to reorganize for 1979 : <br /> Motion by Mr . Bowerman and seconded by Mr. Rymarchick to hold an election <br /> of officers to serve on the Board for 1979 and to nominate George Marks <br /> as Chairman and Dick Klick as Chairman Pro Tem. <br /> Motion carried unanimously . <br /> Both indicated a willingness to serve in these capacities . <br /> Motion by Mr. Bjorklund and 'seconded by Mr . Bowerman to close nominations <br /> and declare the nominees to be elected . <br /> Motion carried -unanimously . <br /> Mr . Klick- then complimented Mr . Rymarchick and Mr . Marks for their leader- <br /> ./ ship of the Board the past year when he felt meetings had been handled <br /> tremely well under very trying circumstances in some instances . Other <br /> (4) <br />
