Store Delayed <br /> 8 Councilmember Enrooth : indicated he perceived - the „ above action was <br /> 9 justified because he had .observed there had been no construction on the <br /> 10 site for some time. He said he recognized that the inability to get <br /> 11 delivery on the necessary bar joists and structural steel might <br /> 12 account for part of the delay, but the contractor ' s absence from the <br /> 13 site altogether hadn' t helped them to meet the contract timetable.
