The Manager <br /> 32 reported that person had told him the center is in a family trust <br /> 33 now that the patriarch has died and the family doesn' t . want to sell <br /> 34 ilt or change its mode of operation, intending to put- no more than the ' <br /> 35 cash flow back into the center. Mr. Childs said he perceived the <br /> 36 center is not updated, it will be 'even harder -to get good tenants to <br /> 37 generate 'cash flows for improvements .
