" Councilmember -Makowske thanked Mr. Johnson for coming <br /> 25 back a second time to let the Council know he was still having the <br /> 26 same problems with the park. Councilmember Ranallo told him if he <br /> 27 could see the vandalism the City experiences in Central Park, he <br /> 28 might understand Mr. Hamer ' s concerns about leaving the -una-ttended <br /> 29 bathrooms open all year long. Mr. Johnson said he perceived paying <br /> 30 for the vandalism was -just one of the costs to be expected for doing <br /> 31 business .
