Lotion carried unanimously. <br /> 2 A report on problems with a subcontractor's work on the lift station <br /> 3 preceded the following: <br /> 4 Motion by Marks, seconded by Enrooth to approve payment of $1,642.85 to <br /> 5 Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc. for engineering services from September <br /> 6 18 through October 15, 1988 on the replacement of the Foss Road Sewage <br /> 7 pumping station. <br /> 8 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 9 Motion by Makowske, seconded by Marks to approve payment of $2,807.64 <br /> 10 to LeRoy Signs for the lettering on the City's new entrance sign. <br /> 11 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 12 Motion by Enrooth, seconded by Makowske to approve payment of $2,155.00 <br /> 13 to Lindberg Concrete for the installation of the brick sign base for the <br /> 14 new entrance sign. <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> -16 Mr. Childs indicated the . sign would be landscaped and "tastefully" <br /> 17 lighted at night next spring. <br /> ANOM Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to approve payment of $11,220.00 <br /> to Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. for installation of the <br /> 20 HVAC in conjunction with the fire station renovation. <br /> 21 Motion. carried unanimously. <br /> 22 Motion by Enrooth, seconded by Makowske to approve payments to Dickson <br /> 23 Electric, Inc. of $1,790.00 to connect the above roof top HVAC and <br /> 24 $1 ,950.00 for electrical work on the temporary carbon filtration <br /> 25 facility. <br /> 26 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 27 Motion by Marks, seconded by Ranallo to approve payment of $26,082.04 <br /> 28 to the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission for December sewer <br /> 29 services. <br /> 30 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 31 Motion by Ranallo, seconded by Enrooth to approve ,payment of $41,344.00 <br /> 32 as the percentage due Newmech Companies for the Foss Road sewage station <br /> 33 replacement. <br /> 34 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 3 <br />
