CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> 9 <br /> i0 The Council Meeting was called to order at 7 : 30 p .m. and <br /> 11 the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Ranallo . <br /> 12 <br /> 13 , <br /> 14 2 . ROLL CALL <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Council Present : Mayor Ranallo , Councilmembers Marks , <br /> 17 Fleming and Wagner . Councilmember Enrooth arrived at the <br /> 18 Council Meeting at 7 : 45 p .m. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Staff Present : City Manager Burt , Management Assistant <br /> 21 Urbia , Finance Director Larson, Police Chief Engstrom, <br /> 22 Fire Chief Johnson and Public Works Director Hamer . <br /> 23 Planning Commissioner Faust was also in attendance . <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Mayor Ranallo requested anyone present who wished to <br /> 06 address the Council or an issue to step to the speaker ' s <br /> 7 podium and be recognized by the Chair . He noted that at <br /> 28 previous Council meetings members of the audience had <br /> 29 spoken from the floor . This practice was disruptive for <br /> 30 all in attendance and made it difficult for recording the <br /> 31 proceedings of the meeting . This request would be in <br /> 32 compliance with Robert ' s Rules of Order . <br /> 33 <br /> 34 <br /> 35 3 . APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 26 , 1991 COUNCIL AGENDA <br /> 36 <br /> 37 A request had been made to make an appointment to the <br /> 38 Solid Waste Advisory Committee for Hennepin County . This <br /> 39 agenda item was added to the New Business portion of the <br /> 40 agenda . <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve t;,e agenda <br /> 43 for the November 26 , 1991 Council Meeting as presented <br /> 44 with one addition to New Business . <br /> 45 <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 49 <br /> 50 <br /> 51 4 .
