He stated that the City Council <br /> 16 had requested them to spend significant time on the budget to <br /> 17 reduce it . <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Adoption of Resolution No. 91-050 <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to adopt Resolution No . 91- <br /> 22 050 which is a resolution certifying the City of St . Front Yard Setback Requirements <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Mayor Ranallo opened the Public Hearing at 8 : 45 p .m. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Thiat portion of the City ' s ordinances which addresses front <br /> 33 yard setback requirements was challenged- in court and the City, <br /> 34 lest the case . The City Attorney felt this portion of the <br /> 35 ordinance was always open for interpretation and suggested it <br /> 36 be amended so it is more clearly defined . <br /> 37 <br /> 38 :.otion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve the amendments of <br /> 39 G�dinance No . 1991-008 which is an ordinance pertaini?zg to <br /> 40 front yard setback requirements ; amending Section 4 . subd . 5 , <br /> 41 : aragraph 5 ; Section 4A, subd . 5 , paragraph 5 , section 5 , <br /> 42 s-:- bd . 5 , paragraph 5 ; and section 6 , subd . 5 , paragraph 5 ; of <br /> 4.3 Ar)nendix I ( Zoning) of the 1973 Code of Ordinances to clarify <br /> 44 the meaning of such paragraphs and to waive the two readings . <br /> 45 <br /> 46 Motion carried_ unanimously_ <br /> 48 <br /> 49 8 .
