ANTHONY CODE OF ORDINANCES, SECTIONS <br /> 1615, SUBD. 8; 1616.05, SUBD. 8; AND 1620, SUBD. 8 <br /> RELATING TO LOT COVERAGE <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> As stated in last month's Staff Report, Staff was asked to research the possibility of <br /> increasing lot coverage for R-1, R-1A, and R-2 zoning districts. The City Council has <br /> requested that Staff contact additional cities in the Metro area to see if there exists a more <br /> standardized lot coverage restriction. <br /> Attached for your information is a survey of the cities contacted. While most cities <br /> surveyed do not have lot coverage restrictions, they do require that structures be <br /> constructed within the setback requirements. <br />
