Subd. 3. Demolition. The sale or transfer of title of-any dwelling or structure <br /> for the purpose of demolition. <br /> Subd. 4. Conveyance by Sheriff or other Public or Court Officer. The sale or <br /> conveyance of any dwelling or structure by a sheriff or other public or court <br /> officer in the performance of their official duties. This exemption does not <br /> apply to the sale of a dwelling or structure by a person appointed by a probate <br /> court. <br /> Subd. 5. Apartments. As regulated by Section 570 of this Code. <br /> 1306.05 Evaluator Requirements. <br /> Subd. 1. Evaluator License Required. No person, other than a City employee, <br /> shall conduct housing inspections or complete a housing evaluation report <br /> without first having received an evaluator license from the City Manager. <br /> Subd. 2. Application Process. Any person desiring a license to conduct <br /> housing evaluations for the City shall make a written application to the City <br /> Manager. The application for such license shall state the name and address of <br /> the applicant and such other additional information as the City Manager may <br /> require. The application shall contain a hold harmless and indemnity provisions <br /> running from the applicant to the City of St. Anthony and be signed by the <br /> person to whom the license will be issued. <br /> Subd. 3. Application Fee. The application form shall be accompanied by a <br /> non-refundable evaluator license fee in accordance with Section 500.01 of this <br /> Code. <br /> Subd. 4. License Denial, Suspension, and Revocation. The license for any <br /> private housing inspector may be denied, suspended or revoked in accordance <br /> with Section 500.13 of this Code, and as may be amended. <br /> 1306.06 Duties of Housing Evaluators. <br /> Subd. 1. Professional Compliance. The private housing evaluator shall comply <br /> with the following: <br /> (a) Maintain a current license with the City; <br /> (b) Conduct inspections of properties being offered for sale and <br /> conduct all evaluations within the City's program guidelines; <br /> (c) Meet required continuing education requirements as established <br /> by the City; <br />
