After the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting have been <br /> forwarded to the Council, the Council.will consider the application and recommendation of <br /> the Planning Commission. Within 60 days after it first consideration, the Council will be <br /> motion grant or deny the application according to the provisions of Subdivision 3 of Section <br /> 1665.06. . <br /> Expiration of Variance. If a variance is granted but the building or other structure permitted <br /> by the variance is not constructed within one (1) year from the date the variance is granted, <br /> the variance will expire and will<be of no further force or effect. <br />
