ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of St. <br /> Anthony will hold a special meeting for a public hearing on Tuesday, August 1, <br /> 2000 at 7:00 pm or as soon thereafter as possible, at the City Hall, 3301 Silver <br /> Lake Road, to reconsider Hillcrest Development's Preliminary Development <br /> Plan and consider the Final Development Plan that includes a rezoning from a <br /> Commercial to.a Planned Unit Development zoning district for the Apache Plaza <br /> property. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will be heard at <br /> said time and place. Questions regarding this matter may be referred to the <br /> Assistant City Manager at 612-789-8881. Auxiliary aids are available upon <br /> request at least 96 hours in advance of the meeting.
