EXHIBIT A <br /> PERMITTED USES <br /> The Applicant intends to redevelop the subject property as Silver Lake Centre, a high tech office <br /> campus. All of the uses and activities conducted on the subject property shall be consistent with <br /> the high tech office campus setting and several of the Applicant's other projects including the <br /> baseline projects identified in the PUD narrative. Integral to the project is the ability to modify <br /> internal space within the center to accommodate a diversity of business types, with varying <br /> spatial and operational requirements. <br /> , V JA'It is understood that th is nature of the businesses that will occupy Silver Lak-e Centre <br /> over time can not be reduced to an inclusive list. The uses of the Centre will gen��finclude: <br /> (i) administrative and executive offices for personnel engaged in general administrative, <br /> supervisory, purchasing, accounting and other functions related to general office, high <br /> technology office, printing and medical businesses; (ii) research, training, synthesis, and analysis <br /> facilities and testing laboratories; (iii) restaurants; and (iv) retail and banking facilities intended <br /> A,to support primarily the tenants and customers within this development. <br /> None of thes businesses or acti ' ies will (i) cause the erior image and character of the <br /> Centre to a down. graded; r (ii) cause significa adverse effects o he surr ing <br /> Comm ty.)'he Centre include all necessary ading docks and ext al a as set <br /> }� fort in the UD narra e. If any of <br /> these uses remain after this period, and the Applicant has completed all of its obligations <br /> regarding all landscaping, exterior improvements, drainage improvements and signage as <br /> required under the Minimum Plan as set out in the PUD narrative, these uses shall become <br /> permitted uses within the Silver Lake Centre development. <br />
